1989 Chevrolet 3500 Crew Cab Ramp Truc, like Hodges

I bought it 6 years ago in North Carolina. This truck has served me wel, but now I no longer use i, so it's time to sell. Cab hasZERO rust. Bed sides have a few minor holes. No rust on top of bed. There is a crack in the center of the hood. Paint is okay. Its an older single stage paint job. Bed in 19ft. Conversion is very similar to a Hodges Hauler.Previous owner said he replaced the engine not long before I bought i, but I am unsure of actual mileage.Engine is a Throttle Body injected 454 with automatic trans. Engine runs very stron, but needs a major tune up from sitting the last year. Auxiliary oil cooler has a leak and sprayed oil all over the engine bay. It can still be driven local. I'm not sure how much I trust it on a long trip. It is a Silverad, so it is loaded with options. Power windows wor, but slow. Power locks work. A/C and cruise control do not work. I never tried to fix them. Interior is very nice. Tilt steering column and newer steering wheel. I added bucket seats and console from a Suburban. I installed new carpet last year and found a near perfect oem dash pad. I removed the headliner to recove, but never got around to it. It is equipped with dual tank, but it is only drawing fuel from one at this time. Rear tires and brakes were replaced 2 years ago. Front tires have some crackin, but I have 2 good tires that are included. Aluminum box on bed has a 12,000 winch and room from storing strap, but straps are not included. Ramps are stored under the rear of bed. This truck has never been used as a daily tow truck. Previous owners used it tow show cars and a race car. I used it to feed my addiction of dragging home every classic beast I could find. I've towed everything from a 1959 Cadilla, 1959 Ford Wago, 1958 Buick Centur, 1963 Galaxie Conv't and the list goes on. No light weights. I towed a VW bug once and it felt like the truck was empty. I love this truck and I'm sure i'll regret selling it but I'd rather see someone fix it up and make it great again. I realize it does need some wor, but how many do you see for sale. Especially a Crew Cab with no rust. Please email all questions before bidding. Truck is available for inspection during duration of auction.
