1985 Chevy El Camino with Choo Choo conversion package

Chevrolet El Camino 1985 Description

Very presentable Choo Choo El Camino with recent paint nice interior. Wheels are 16" from ZQ8 option S-10. Bed was sprayed with Dupli-Color Line-A-Bed paint and bed mat installed. Vehicle is virtually rust-free. Original 305 V8 runs very well. Still has all original smog control devices in place and the "service engine" light still functions properly. The exhaust is original style one pipe at exit and very quiet. The air conditioning is still blowing decently cool using the original type R-12 refrigerant. The compressor is original and somewhat noisy. The cruise control is not working. Power windows and door locks function properly. Original radio with factory dash side speakers. The original shifter bezel is behind the seat. I swapped to a not-so-good bezel to add a beverage holder. The El Camino runs cool carries good oil pressure starts up at fast idle when cold and idles back as it should. I know of nothing obvious that would preclude the new owner from driving this El Camino to its new home. That being said the vehicle is 30 years old and everyone has their own opinion.
