Chevrolet Blazer 1984 Description
Sorry eBay made me relist this because of category discepency.
This is a great 1984 K5 Blazer that has been completely rebuilt. There was no corners cut on this build and is a nice running and looking truck. I will try and give you as much information that I have and can remember. Also I noticed in the pictures that there are oil spots on the ground.... These are NOT from this truck it is from my old jeep. There are no leaks on this.
The truck was built from the frame up. Everything including underneath was repainted and every nut and bolt were changed during this 5 year project. The paint was a DuPont Chrome base/clear. Frame, axles, body and everything were redone. Frame was replaced and painted before the body was placed on. Door locks were shaved and front end was changed to a 90' front end and mirrors which was all purchased as NOS from the dealer.
The original 305 was replaced with a 350 with a NP205 transfer case which allowed for a longer rear driveshaft. Afterwards a turbo 350 trans was installed to mate up to these. The truck was lifted 8" and has 37" Super Swamped Trxus tires. Axles were switched out to 1 ton 8 lug axles to support any and all mods and terrain.
Interior is also redone and this thing has full power windows, locks, alarm and has A/C which is rare. Great thing is all of this stuff works as it should including the rear window. There is a full roll cage which can be removed or undone if you need to get into the dash. Top is also removable. There is a small rust spot behind the passenger door in front of the rear top. Not bad or rusted through but bubbled. This is in the pictures.
Registration was changed from wagon to truck to obtain higher bumper height limits in PA. A reconstructed title was to legally cover all mods done to the truck. I was told by the person I purchased it from that it was from an accident but was told by the guy that built it that was untrue it was to cover the mods. There for it shows as a rebuilt title but is completely clear.
I have the contact info to the guy that built it and he asked me to pass it along to the next person so he could keep track of it and also answer any questions. This is a great truck and would love to keep it I just cant, I got caught up with too many vehicles so I will be listing a few of them very shortly. I will be leaving Saturday the 25th to go on vacation so if it is being shipped please schedule after I get back on the 2nd. I would prefer a fast cash sale so if you have any offers please send them my way and if you want to come check it out your more than welcome. If you wanted to check it out please do so by first thing Saturday morning. Sorry about that but the timing got screwed up.I am not going to pull it for any one that is promising to buy it, this will be pulled with payment only. This will also be a 5 day NO RESERVEauction and if it gets to the last day or so with out someone buying it I will not end the auction to an offer it will need to be bid on. I can help with pick up from a shipper but all scheduling and payment is responsibility of the buyer. It will not be released without full payment. Any questions please ask.
