1969 Chevrolet Camaro X-11 car
First off, e are a small dealer in Connecticut and occasionally stumble upon some cool cars of which this is one of them. This car belonged to a guy that I know, e has had the car for about 25 or30 years. This was his baby. anyway, ome of the things he has done to the car over the years is to install 2 Full rear quarter panels and 2 New front fenders back I would guess about 20 years ago or so. At that time he also put a couple floor pans in it and had it painted. So the paint is about 20 years old and still shows real decent. It has some dings, hips, nd somevery small spots of surface rust but nothing horrible. Those small surface spots are about the size of a dime or smaller and located by the roof drip area in the rain gutter. It has a 307 4 bbl. carb. along with a pg automatic transmission that shifts great. And believe it or not has some good get up and go for a small V8. It also has power steering and front Power disc brakes. Now this guy was a mechanic and before he got up there in the years would never of thought of selling his baby. he really kept the car up pretty nice. It has some newer shocks, ual exhaust and a few front end parts. The wipers work but I see the little knob on the heater ismissing and the stereo works but needs speakers and the emergency brake pedal moves but could use some attention. Seems pretty minor but i wanted to mention it. It goes down the road very nice. It is a real pleasure to drive. All the outside lights work as does the horn.
This is one of the nicest old 60"scars I've driven in a long time !
It seems to be ONE OF THE MOST SOLID Camaros I've seen in years
I do see two very small areas in the very front of the front pans that look alittle soft. And i do mean small. I would say it's about a 2 incharea, You almost miss them as they are small but I wanted to mention it. Otherwise a solid looking underside that would look super if cleaned up and painted black.
The car also has console gauges. I'm not sure what ones actually work and what doesn't as I knowit looks like he has hooked upatleast a couple of them. The car will need a dash pad at some point. The car has one of the nicest steering wheels I have seen in years. I see no cracks at all on it.
As you reach your hands in over the rear wheels on the lip of the quarter panels it feels beautiful. It is nice clean metal. Not all gummed upwith old filler. The car has 15" rally wheels so you get alittle tire rub in the front.
Also the car has a Very nice Solid trunk that looks to be original.
restore for 1969 Camaro for perfection or use it basically as it is.
This is a car you can enjoy now and have lots of fun for cheap money !!!!!
This is not a show car or a museum piece. Just a fun car that drives very decent. And it is a 69 so it's money in the bank !!!!!!
It starts great hot or cold and sounds great. There are no knocks and runs very smooth. It sounds GREAT thru the dual exhaust. It feels good when you drive the car. The miles show50,501 that I can only assume has been over with the age of the car. As usual selling as is .This description is mearly my opinion.I would encourage anyonecome inspect the vehicle before bidding or I believe ebay offers an affordable inspection service for piece of mind. I have all the necessary paperwork to reassign the vehicle to the new owner. If you are a ct. resident we will collect 6.35% sales tax. If you are out of state you will pay no sales tax to us.
Looking for a 300. paypal deposit immediately following auction end non refundable. balance of payment to be made in either a check, ank to bank transfer or cash if picking up in person. My bank tells me any check regardless of what it is needs 10 business days to fully clear the financial system. thanks

I had a few questions asking how the car starts. It starts up very well hot of cold. It's a very nice running and quiet motor.

I had a few people ask about the surface rust spots I mentioned in the text above. Those spots aremaybe the size of a dime or smaller and locatedalong the roof drip area in the rain gutter. There are a couple that broke the paint and a few small ones under the paint. At a fast glance you might not really notice them but up close you can see them. They aren't real ugly or horrible but I wanted to let it be known. As far as the paint on the car goes it has a nice deep shine and i believe you could just take alittle time to do some spot paint here and there and it would begreat or just leave it. thanks
