1972 Vega Hatchback GT.Great project car or potential race car. Very little rust in general. Windshield location has some rust but very little for a Vega this age. Floors have some surface rust but no holes and no cancer. California car that sat out in Victorville for 10 years. No title but I do have a clean NCIC check signed by the officer that ran it. Car has no motor or transmission but comes with many extra parts and many new parts as well. Body is very straight with minor repairs to dents and dings already performed. Front control arms have been reconditioned with Spohn performance ball joints and polyurethane bushings. Has 5 bolt conversion parts for front suspension using Buick Regal spindles.Here is the list of everything I'm including with the car:- Two sets of doors fenders and hatches
- Factory hood as well as a fiberglass hood
- Two sets of interior panels
- Two sets of external trim
- New Door rubber and hatch rubber
- New lower inner and outer window felt
- New Carpet
- New Dash pad
- New front and rear valance panels
- All new front suspension with 5 bolt conversion using Buick Regal spindles polyurethane bushings and Spohn Performance ball joints new rotors and bearings
- New 5 bolt S10 axles for rear end (Not installed need 7.5" Carrier)
- 1969 Chevy 350 4 bolt main short block (dissembled). Standard bore. Needs rebuilt
- Turbo 350 (disassembled and needs rebuild)
- Used Hooker headers and hooker motor mount and trans mount kit
- Spare GT Dash
- Spare gas tank
Added to Description: I have the tail lights headlight bezels headlight trim ring front and rear bumpers door and side window glass. No windshield. Upon purchase I will assemble front suspension and reinstall original rear axles so that car is a rolling for ease of pickup. Additional pictures available upon request.
On Jun-16-15 at 21:36:07 PDT seller added the following information:Just realized something I forgot to mention. There is one significant area of rust that I didn't show in the pictures. The battery tray location is rusted out. I don't see damage to the subframe just the supporting sheet metal below the battery tray. It would require a patch panel. Sorry to bidders for missing that. It wasn't intentional just an oversight. I can't edit existing pictures on Ebay but I can send any bidders pictures of the battery tray location. I apologize for the error.
