The beneficiary of a 2-year. $110K restoration. this stunning Chevelle convertible wraps a brutal L78/4-speed drivetrain in a striking black on red color combination. Once that single-stage was removed. an incredibly straight fuselage was augmented with a bit of fresh sheetmetal. As that massaged sheetmetal featured better-than-factory alignment. a rich coat of Tuxedo Black base was accented with Garnet Red stripes and sealed in glossy clear. When that clear dried. many labor-intensive hours were spent wet-sanding a spectacular shine.
