Paint is nice driver quality, ot show. Body is very solidcouple of small amateur floor patches could use re doing to make perfect. lower trim piece behind drivers front wheel is dented. All steel cowl induction hood. Hide-away headlights work but can be flaky/intermittent.
Interior is in nice condition but could easily brought to perfection with a new dash pad, eadliner, nd floor mats. All gauges are original and work except for the clock. Dash not hacked from radio installs.
NOTE - This is NOT a show car. If it was I would be asking $5-10k more and if it was the ORIGINAL layer of paint I would be asking double. It is a fair price for a nice driver with all of the best updates for reliability and driveability. The paint is daily driver quality - looks great from 5 feet, ut up close you can see several places where the blending of old layers of paint is not perfect. The car is solid - the only bondo is where the rear quarters were replaced at some point and blended in. Over 48 years the car has been painted a half dozen times in places and it has not been totally stripped or had a high quality repaint to my knowledge. I sanded down several places a couple of years ago where the paint was chipping due to poor adhesion and there was nothing but clean metal underneath. Drive as is for a great cruiser or strip it at some point to make a show car.
