Chevrolet C-10 1969 Description
1969 Chevy C-10ShortbedStepsideFuel injected Ramjet engineVintage Air Heat and Air Conditioning system700R4 4 speed automatic transmissionDisc Brakes1969 Chevy shortbed stepside. I bought this from a shop in Pennsylvania. They restored it 12 years ago and just let it sit in front for advertising. It is not a show truck but boy does it look great. It had less than 1000 miles on the resto. The dolphin gauges were put in at the resto and the mileage now is 1710. When I bought it I immediately installed a fuel injected Ramjet 350 eng. On the engine is also the serpentine belt/accessory kit. A Ramjet is $6000 and the serp. system is $1000. There is also a brand new vintage heat and air conditioning set up. $2000. Because of the fuel injection I installed a FI blazer tank under the bed with a "tail light " gas fill up. The original tank is also new and has a boost pump to fill up the rear tank from the front. 40 gallon capacity between the two for long trips. I fill up the front and use the pump to transfer so the fuel is always fresh in both tanks. I installed a brand new power disc brake system and replaced every line in the whole truck. While there I might as well put a line lok system for smoky burnouts!. This truck also has new front springs . shocks. spindles. tie rod ends and ball joints(new style). Blue dots . new seat upholstery. new rear tires. 12 bolt rear. alum diamond plate bed. B&M shifter 700R4 4 speed automatic. All new 2 1/2" dual exhaust including Jeggs (over-sized) chrome Rams horn exhaust manifolds. Dual electric fans on a auto thermostat but also a manual bypass switch. This truck runs cool. It runs so effortlessly I let my wife drive it and she loves it! New Kenwood stereo. battery etc. etc. There is serious money in this Ratrod and its a steal at $14k.
