Chevrolet Corvette 1978 Description

This is a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette L48 model silver anniversary. It is a driver and is not all original. The vin tag decodes that it is an original Red corvette with the oyster interior. The vehicle as been repainted. The interior has been changed over to black. The odometer/speedmeter do not work so I do not know the original mileage. The engine is not original in any event. I ran the codes on the engine and it appears to be a 305 block out of a 87 Pontiac Firebird. I do believe the engine has been rebuilt but I do not have any paperwork to support that theory. I have replaced the radiator with an alumium one but have the original one that could be recored. The vehiclecould use some TLC but if you want a cheap vette that is driveable then this is a good candidate. Tires are very good with a lot of tread.
