Chevrolet Corvette 1965 Description

I purchased this Corvette in San Diego from Bonanza Corvettes 15 years ago. In all that time it has never been driven in the rain and has always been covered and protected. I have donefew road trips in the past including drives to Palm Springs and the car drove beautifully. The car was driven fairly regularly while I was in California but I have moved around a bit in the past 10 years so the car has only been getting about 100 miles a year in all that time.

I have made the necessary replacements to various parts of the car as needed. replaced parts include the carburetor, ater pump and brake master cylinder. Despite the very limited amount of driving the car does get regular oil changes and tune ups. The tires are still in great shape and many of the shiny bits have been replaced such as the rearview mirror, as filler cap and other trim pieces. I also have a brand new set of hubcaps and the car will come with the original set which are driver quality. I also have lots of paperwork to go with the car including a reproduction owners manual and a few other pieces of new car ephemera.

This Corvette offers some great options for the new owner. it is ready to be driven and enjoyed right now or it is the perfect platform for a frame off restoration as it is already a numbers matching car. this is far from being a show car but it does show very well right now and I always draw lots of attention when I am driving it or spending a morning at the local Cars and Coffee.
