Very Original 1982 Chevy Shortbed. I bought this truck from a garage in Alabama. It was owned by an elderly gentleman and hadn't been driven much in the past several years. The truck is all matching numbers and is as pure of truck that I have seen for the year. Brought the truck to Florida to just drive around to town and have some fun. I changed fluids,battery,flush what was needed,couple new hose, brakes, ixed a leak in the A/C,and so on ..I made it road worthy. Runs like a top... operates as if it was new. Here is a run down on this hard to find nice truck. 1) Engine runs perfect,tranny shifts perfect,no leaks,smoke etc 2) Dual exhaust and soild underbody..dry as a bone 3) Actual mileage 67K title reads exempt 4) Paint and body nic, thin couple spots,no rust 5) Trim nice, hrome new looking 6) Every ligh, switch etc work 7) Pass window slow This is a very nice truck that is almost all original including paint and trim. This truck gets more looks and compliments than any classic I drive. My wife loves it and drives it to town.These trucks drive like Cadillacs,smooth and comfortable. Reason for selling ..none really just don't use enough. Sits in my shop covered up and well protected.Keep in mine this is an all original truck and has never been restored and is in fantastic shape for the year ...few nicks around but certainly presentable . The bed is unreal not a dent in it and has been covered its whole life,and I don't think it has ever towed anything.. Check out the factory chalk marks on the firewall. I have perfect feedback and have sold several cars on Ebay over the years and my comments are one of trust and telling it like it is. Please bid within a couple of hundred dollars of your best for something you might see that I don't..but I'm pretty picky and truck is a great buy and will only go up in value . I answer emails and will take phone calls for serios questions and I will take offers close to what you see trucks like this selling for.
