Condition: Up for your consideration is my 1982 Chevy Scottsdale C20 Trailering Special 11. 00 G. C. W. . This truck is a perfect example of a truck that has been very well taken care of and is very rare. How many of these Trailering Specials do you see?. It has been taken care of. I have totally rebuilt the drive line of this truck. I bought a Brand New GM Crate 350 engine for this truck with less than 3. 00 miles on it from time I did all the work on it. Now a New list of engine related parts: alternator. Water Pump. Fan Clutch. Fuel Pump. Reman carburetor. Radiator. Air Condition Compressor. Condenser. Evaporator. Dryer and all lines. It is ice cold and heat works great. All Complete brakes front and back. Master Cylinder. Fuel Sending unit. Suspension: New upper and lower ball joints. Upper control arm "Shafts" $600. 00 in all New Tires. The 700R-4 Transmission has been totally and professionally rebuilt. The master kit. Beast Shell. Corvette servo and re-manufactured torque converter. The original paint still has a decent shine. I did not want to paint the truck to show that nothing has been covered up. It has a couple of dents on drives side shown in the photos. I bought New Door panels. Arm Rest. Dash Pad. Radio and front speakers. Carpet. And The seat has been Professionally re upholstered. Also brakes have been redone. . This truck has a 3. 73 rear end ratio. Everything works on this truck except the cruise control. It shows that the truck has never been used as a truck. The bed is not beat up anly maybe a few dings nothing bad. There are no visible signs of major body damage and only one spot of rust shown in photo. The truck has only168. 69 miles on the speeometer but like I said the drive train is New and totally rebuilt. . Also has a hitch for towing. I would not be afraid to drive the truck anywhere You could make this your daily driver or with very little effort have a nice show truck and if you want a truck that will haul or pull the load. this is the one for you with it's 11. 00 G. C. W. This truck also is good on gas. it gets around 15 miles per gallon around town where I drive it. The overdrive transmission makes the difference. As you know. these truck are really desirable and collectable now. There is no mechanical issues with the truck. It is a 23 year old body unrestored Truck and is not perfect but very nice. You will be hard pressed to find a truck in this mechanical condition. The only thing that I would do on this truck is install a new $100. 00 windshield because it has a crack in it. The truck would not take a lot to have the body ready for new paint to make the complete truck look like new.
