Chevrolet Impala 1970 Description

This is a one owner 1970 Impala Custom 2dr hardtop. car runs shifts and drives well. i get it out on weekends and drive it some. this car is 100% all original with all factory parts. With the exception of aftermarket stereo. cold air conditioning!!!!!! with 42k original miles. I purchased this car from one of my dads longtime friend. it was his mother's car bought new in Alabama in 1970. This car is rock solid. 0 Rust. Tires are new although have a little flat spot where car was stored and driven for awhile. Might smooth out. I have put roughly 100 miles on car. all body lines are great and doors shut tight. Only needs paint. driver seat recovered and needs new exhaust. Has new tires they have flat spots from sitting in storage for several years indoors. You could paint this car. recover the front seat and put new exhaust in it and have you a 11k plus car. The front bumper has a ding or maybe 2. the rear bumper has a couple of dents as well. I have a nice dent free replacement rear bumper that was pulled from a car in 1982. The replacement bumper needs to be re-chromed if you're looking for a show car. but this car is by far an easy restore and great driver. this car still has the new car smell to it. you will not be disapointed on this car!!!! hard to find a zero rust 1970 one owner impala. i will say the driver rear window will not roll up and down by the handle. a little squeaking in front end from storage. it took me an hour to get it up and going. i did put new plug wires on it. motor is sound and trans shifts great with no oil leaks or trans leaks. if you need to ask any questions prior to bidding please call dalton at 205-337-4457. this car will be sold with a bill of sale only. alabama did not require titles for vehicles dated before 1975. thanks for looking
