1967 Lynndale Blue Corvette Coupe at $1 NO RESERVE ATTENTION RESTORERS Very Rare Corvette Factory Built with 427/435HP L71 Original Side Mounted Exhaust Original J56 Special HD Brakes (1 of 267) F41 Special Suspension Muncie 4 Speed Transmission FB 12 2 66 Axle Case (4:11) California Black Plate Elkhart Blue Teal Interior CURRENTLY CAR HAS Lynndale Blue Paint 1965-66 Big Block Hood 327 CE Block Warranty Replacement Small Block Cooling System 1964 Muncie 4 Speed Trans Original Body Panels Excellent Frame Original Teal Interior Red Line Firestone Deluxe Champion Tires Rally Rims Trim Rings Center Caps AM/FM Radio After Restoration this car could be worth up to $150,000 Up for auction at $1 NO RESERVE is 1967 Lynndale Blue Corvette coupe with teal interior. Based on our review with the Corvette Mike Staff and many Corvette judges, we agree that this car was delivered in December 1966 by Vic Potamkin Chevrolet in Hollywood CA with the following description and options • Elkhart Blue Coupe • Teal Interior • L71 427/435HP Engine • J56HD Brakes • F41 Suspension • Side Mounted Exhaust • 4 speed Transmission • 4:11 HD Posi Rear Axle WHY ARE WE SURE ABOUT THIS, because we know the following: Color Combination The original trim tag shows the exterior and interior color. L71 427/435HP The undercarriage has the rear sway bar, the HD U-joint caps, the transistor ignition mounting holes are in the correct place on the inner fender, the tach has a 6500 RPM redline, the oil gauge is 80 pounds and has the 2 white hash marks at the top of the face. J56 HD Brakes It has the proper power brakes and proportioning valve and the HD caliper support brackets (all of the calipers have been changed to the standard ones). F41 Suspension 7 leaf rear spring and front and rear sway bars, but the F41 shocks have also been replaced with standard shocks. Side Mounted Exhaust The cut-out notches in the lower bird cage inverted U Channel are present, the rocker panel tabs have been added, the splash pans have no rubber seals. California Delivered Black Plate Documented by the NCRS shipping Data Report It currently has a CE block 327 Cu In with aluminum intake and finned valve covers that make it look like a 350HP engine. The 4 speed is a 1964 Muncie and it still retains the original HD posi rear end case. The car drives fine and could be used as a cruise night car if you want to wait on the restoration. The older Lynndale paint still looks good, there is some checking lines that have developed on the rear deck and the front fenders but are hard to see in the pictures. The body and frame are in very good condition, which is probably due to being in western and southern areas for the first 30 years. Their condition significantly adds to making this a great restoration car. The teal vinyl interior is very original also has been restored and still looks good, only the center console is broken. It does have an aftermarket radio and speakers which can be seen in the pictures. The car has almost new Firestone red line tires and has the original rally wheels, trim rings and center caps, although we have not checked the rims for date stamps. We have posted many pictures that show all areas of this car and encourage all bidders to contact us with any questions you may have. This was born at the factory as a very rare and desirable 1967 Corvette coupe that needs to be restored to original condition. It will be fun to complete and if restored properly and judged in today’s market it could be worth $150,000 The price on our website is $69,990 but this is a NO RESERVE auction and it will sell to the highest bidder!!!!!
