The original Black Widows were specially prepared & built black & white fuel-injected '57 Chevrolet 150 Two-Door Sedans. These cars made an appearance at NASCAR's National Speed Weeks in Daytona in February 1957. This car was built in tribute to the Black Widows. The exception with this example is the modern GM Performance Parts Ram Jet 350 cubic inch V8 dressed to resemble the original Rochester Fuel-Injection unit of the 50s and early 60s. This modernized powerplant is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and 3.50 posi trac differential.

The exterior is finished in black and white, howcasing an exceptionally straight and detailed body with quality paint throughout. This is a true 150 two-door sedan that retains its original VIN plate.

Under the hood is the GM Performance Parts 350 Ram Jet Fuel-Injected V8 with the Rochester Fuel Injection hat and induction features. The engine compartment is clean and detailed, omplete with grease pen markings, inned aluminum valve covers and the correct cast iron exhaust manifolds.

The wheels of choice are painted steel, itted with plain hubcaps and radial tires all around for the correct vintage look.

Open the doors to 1957. The interior is just beautiful, ressed in the correct black & white vinyl & fabric. The shifter has a spider on the web white the dash retains the correct trim, peedometer, nd a correct vintage SUN tachometer. The headliner is in excellent condition as are the door panels. The flooring is rubber, orrect for the utilitarian 150 Two Door Sedan.

This car was taken off the frame when it was restored. Bushings were replaced. The front end suspension was rebuilt. The drivetrain was specially built for this car. The fuel tank has been replaced. The frame and flooring is in good condition.

The trunk was finished out and done in black, rofessionally done and very attractive, omplete with the correct mat, pare well and spare tire/wheel. The battery is mounted over the right rear tire.

This is a true posi-traction equipped car with 3.50 gearing.
