Chevrolet Camaro 1969 Description
THIS IS A VERY GOOD PROJECT CAR. THE BODY AND DOORS WERE BLASTED INSIDE AND OUT. THERE IS VERY LITTLE RUST IN THIS CAR. FIREWALL IS SOLID AS ARE COWL,TULIP PANELS, ROCKERS, DOOR JAMBS, ALL INTERSTRUCTURE, REAR FRAME RAILS, ROOF,INNER AND OUTER WHEELWELLS. THERE IS A SMALL AREA ON DRIVERS SIDE UPPER DASH PANEL WHERE THE LOWER WINDOW SITS. A SMALL PATCH WOULD BE NEEDED THERE. THE REST OF THE WINDSHIELD OPENING IS SUPER NICE. THE REAR WINDOW OPENING IS SUPER NICE. THE SHOCK MOUNT AREAS ARE SUPER NICE. THE TRUNK OPENING GUTTER IS SUPER NICE. THE DOOR HINGES HAVE BEEN REBUILT WITH NEW BUSHINGS AND PINS.THIS WAS A RACE CAR AT ONE TIME (PROBABLY WHY THERE IS SO LITTLE RUST) AND THE FEET OF A 6 POINT ROLL CAGE ARE STILL WELDED IN THE CAR. THEY WILL NEED TO BE CUT OUT AND GROUND DOWN. THERE ARE SEVERAL EXTRA HOLES DRILLED IN THE FIREWALL THAT SHOULD BE WELDED UP. THERE ARE SEVERAL HOLES DRILLED AND 3 SLITS CUT IN THE TRUNK PAN THAT CAN BE WELDED UP AND GROUND DOWN. THERE IS A RUSTED AREA ABOUT 4” IN DIAMETER IN THE REAR RIGHT CORNER OF THE TRUNK PAN. A NEW TRUNK PAN IS INCLUDED WITH THE CAR. THERE ARE SMALL RUST AREAS IN BOTH LOWER QUARTERS AND THE FLOOR PANS. NEW FLOOR PANS AND QUARTER SKINS ARE INCLUDED. I WOULD PERSONALLY CUT PATCH PANELS OUT OF THE NEW TRUNK PAN, FLOOR PANS AND QUARTER SKINS AND SECTION THEM IN SINCE THE RUSTED AREAS ARE SO SMALL. HAS A NEW DECK LID AND REAR SPOILER. NEW SUBFRAME AND CORE SUPPORT BUSHINGS AND HARDWARE. NEW FENDERS, INNER FENDERS, CORE SUPPORT, LOWER VALANCE, HEADER PANEL, GRILL, COWL HOOD, HOOD HINGES AND SPRINGS. NICE SOLID SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY WITH POWER STEERING. THE FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS ARE ROUGH BUT HAVE GOOD BRACKETS. BACK GLASS IS INCLUDED ALONG WITH DOOR GLASSES, QUARTER GLASSES, ALL REGULATORS AND WINDOW GUIDES. NICE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER ASSEMBLY. ALL THE WIRING HARNESSES ARE BOXED UP AND INCLUDED. EXTREMELY NICE SEAT CORES ARE INCLUDED WITH SEVERAL BOXES OF SMALL PARTS. THE FRONT AND BACK GLASS STAINLESS MOLDINGS ARE SUPER NICE.THE CAR IS NOT ADVERTISED LOCALLY, BUT I OWN A RESTORATION SHOP AND PEOPLE TEND TO SEE OR HEAR ABOUT MY CARS SO SOMEONE MIGHT BUY IT AT ANYTIME. HOWEVER IF THERE ARE ANY BIDS ON THE CAR, THEN IT WILL GO TO THE HIGH BIDDER AND I WILL NOT SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER HONEST BIDDERS.I HAVE A CLEAR OPEN ARKANSAS TITLE IN MY NAME. I WILL REQUIRE A $500.00 NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT VIA PAYPAL WITHIN 24 HRS. OF AUCTION END. THE BALANCE IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION END VIA BANK WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH IN HAND. IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT MET, I WILL IMMEDIATELY RELIST THE CAR. IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT AGREEABLE WITH YOU THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. IF YOU CHOOSE THE WIRE TRANSFER OPTION, I CAN SIGN AND OVERNIGHT THE TITLE TO YOU ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. I CAN STORE THE CAR INSIDE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR YOU IF NECESSARY. I CAN BE AVAILABLE TO HELP LOAD THE CAR JUST ABOUT ANYTIME. IF YOU SEND A TRANSPORT PLEASE BE SURE THEY KNOW THAT IT DOESN’T DRIVE AND THAT THEY WILL NEED A WINCH. PLEASE ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. THANK YOU.
