Chevrolet C-10 1988 Description

This is a 1988 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup, heyenne.
I bought it from a guy who just got out of the Military here in Atlanta, hose grandfather owned it for years.When he bought it from his Granps, e registered it in LA, hen moved to GA, here he had to register it again.He rebuilt the transmission (TH400) adding a shift kit to it, nd was in the process of fixing it up when the motor blew.Since he and his wife had a baby on the way, hey sold it to me for a down payment on a new car.
When I bought it, installed a BRAND NEW Chevy 350 Crate motor, rom Summit Racing that has a 12 month warranty.
I Put New shocks, prings, nd a shackle kit on it to level it and lower it a bit. it rides fine for me, ut you can adjust the ride to your liking by simply changing shocks.
The seat has been re-upholstered, ut it does have a small tear down low, ear the seat frame where you adjust it the position on drivers side.
The body is in great shape and has no rust holes in it, o I sanded down the entire Truck leaving the original patina on it (Gas Monkey style),Then I airbrushed on a custom blend of House Of Kolor pearls that I mixed to look like rust, o add to the look.I Pinstriped the hood, oors, nd the tailgate, hen cleared the whole thing with multiple coats of House Of Kolor clear.
The bed on these held rain due to the design, o it does have three rust holes in the floor of the bed and along the very bottom of the tailgate which works fine.She looks Very good in person inside and out, nd with a Brand New Motor in it, here's lot's of life left in her.I know you'll like it even more when you see it in person !
