Cadillac DeVille 1973 Description

Selling this 1973 Cadillac Coupe Deville:I've owned this car for two years. Never had to do anything to it. Don't really want to sell it but I have too many toys and projects and I no longer have any inside storage for it and it really deserves to be stored inside.
Interior: Nice condition. No wear holes in the seats. No cracks in the dashboard pad. No rips or sags in the overhead headliner. Some sun damage on door panel pads. Carpet in good condition with no holes. Original radio in uncut dash. Everything could use a good cleaning and detail.
Exterior: Nice condition. Appears to be the original paint. No hail damage. No dents, No rust holes. Some sun fade to paint surfaces. All glass in good condition with no cracks in the windshield. Vinyl roof in good condition with no rust bubbles under the vinyl top covering. All chrome trim in good condition with no rust or pits in the chrome that I saw.Inside of trunk is clean with no cancer. All lights and lenses are good with no cracks or holes, etc.
Mechanical: Car runs & drives good at listing. Would probably drive home to anywhere with no problem. Air conditioning blows cold. All systems seem to be functioning properly. Starts up good. No misses etc. noted in the engine. Transmission shifts good in all gears. Brakes function well, Tires are all good with no cracks, bad tread etc. Appear to be 70% or better tread. Would recommend total maintenance (oil change, tune up, etc.) upon purchase because I don't know when any thing was done to it last. Could use a good clean & detail to the engine.
Title: Has a good, clear, original Texas title with no brands, remarks, etc. Buyer will need to provide any state title forms they may need for registration.
Payment: Pay Pal deposit due at end of sale. Balance may be paid via Pay Pal or cash in person. No checks, money orders, cashiers checks, etc. will be accepted.
Vehicle must be paid for and removed from premises within thirty days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Need at least one days notice before coming to pick up. After thirty days there will be a twenty-five dollar per day storage fee. After forty-five days, buyer will forfeit the sale and any monies paid to seller, and vehicle will be resold. I will not not be responsible for vehicle after sale. Vehicle must be picked up Monday through Friday, ten am to four pm only.
