Buick Riviera 1985 Description

I am the Third Owner since 1985;My mother was the 2nd owner and we have had her garage kept at our house since she was purchase from the original 1st owner in 2005. Since that time we have put under 5. 00 miles on her so she was driven very sparingly on the weekends. 34. 00 miles on odometer and title. She is an original survivor. The story with her is the original owner purchased this classic for her husband and he loved and cared for her until he passed on in 1988. The wife basically just held on and cared for her very rarely driving her. The only thing we have done was a new headliner other than that we have left her all original. She rides more like a new car than one would expect of a classic vehicle of this era. As seen in the pictures the interior is super clean carpet looks almost new seats and apholstery are in beautiful condition I do have the original front and rear floor mats and they will be included. Dashboard has no cracks or wear not sun faded etc. All the dash board settings work proper knobs etc. Seat recline motors and functions are fine. Tape deck still works like new and what really wows people is the Original G. M Instructional tape cassette and G. M music comes on the collectors go crazy to see that's still been saved and preserved. Engine compartment is all original and very clean nothing has had to be replaced what so ever other than your typical oil change tune up. She is super quiet and smooth going down the highway exhaust has no leaks. Brakes feel as they should. The suspension feels smooth not at all bouncy. no squeaks etc just a all around fun to drive vehicle. We did have the rear shocks customized to were they can be adjusted to your height of liken simply pull down the license plate were the gas cap is and apply or release air to drop or raise I must say that it is a great improvement from the original air rides because you had no way to adjust the rear contour where as now you can anytime u please and to the height of your specific liking. The body has no rust to be found door compartments are clean all around. The body is very very straight front to back. People ask was she just painted when she's out all the time so that should tell u something. She will need the plastic between the body and bumper replaced. Very typical of cars this age over time they just become dried out and when she came to Miami 9 months ago they just got brittle and didn't hang inn how ever I included pictures with them intact in North Carolina her home of most of the last 10 years and figured they would just be handy for the new owner to see and have. All the original documentation since she was delivered to the first original owner are intact and were safely stored away down to the the original mileage sheet. Owners manuals check point sheet when it was delivered to the home will be included as well please see pictures. Windows and Mirrors show well no cracks or fogging on glass. wire wheels are in great shape.
