Answers to Questions:
The only Buick systems that are NOT presently working
and need troubleshooting are the speedometer and Wipers;
I drive slowly and never in the rain.
The clock, dome and trunk lights, 2 heaters fans, radio,
and lighters are disconnected because I do not use them,
and to prevent a drain on the battery when the car is not driven often.
I finally found the vintage tube-type [non-working] radio
and installed it on 03.25.2017 and posted an updated
photo of the dash.
