Buick Grand National 1987 Description

Selling another 1987 Buick Grand National that we picked up at an insurance auction this week. This is a NO RESERVE sale, just like all the ones we havedone in the past. We have had five of these 1987 Buick Grand Nationals in the last year alone and this one is by far the best, minus the fender and door damage. It is a hard top (non T Top) 1987, with very low miles of only 36,803; all of this makes it very desirable. The interior is absolutely perfect, a 10 out of 10, the best we have ever seen. The exterior, minus the damage is a 9 out of 10, with new paint and no rust. This car will need a new fender, new door or door skin, rocker panel, windshield, alignment, and minor body work. The door still shuts perfectly; locks, the window still goes up and down, this is why it may only need a door skin (depending on the experience of the body shop). The fender did not touch the hood, as it is still in perfect shape. I have driven the car and it runs great with plenty of power, as the only upgrades, that I can see are a seventh injector, new spark plug wires and MAF sensor. As you can see from the pictures, under the hood is beautiful, very clean with no rust and very close to original. You can also see from the pictures, the bottom of the car is in really great shape as well, with no rust and wear. We have included the carfax in the pictures to show the lineage of ownership (2) and mileage of the car. As you can see from the carfax, it does come with a rebuildable salvage title, not a junk or rebuilt title. If you are not familiar with Salvage titles, a salvage title is issued on a vehicle damaged to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle exceeds approximately 75% of its PRE-DAMAGED value. This damage thresehold may vary by state and insurance company. Many insurance companies only value Grand Nationals as ONLY Buick Regals, with only about $3,500 in total loss value, so if you have $2,625 in damage it is considered salvage and rebuildable. They pay the owner the $3,500, take possession of the vehicle and send the vehicle to auction. If you have any questions, please call Rick directly @ 912-272-1526. As stated above this is a NO RESERVE auction (highest bidder gets it). Please have all of you finances in order, if you can not pay for this, do NOT bid on this. 48 hours for deposit and 7 days to pay or we have the right to go to the next bidder. Happy Bidding
