Buick Other 1957 Description
1957 BUICK 2 DOOR HARDTOP!!!This is a beautiful 1957 Buick 2 door hard top that was torn apart for restoration, and then the city came after the owner and forced him to have the vehicle removed from his property since it was outside. I have taken the vehicle off of his property to a safe place, and am trying to help him get it sold. I can put you in touch with him if you need more information. He took the car apart, as well as a 1957 Buick Special 4 Door. There are multiple parts because of the two car thing, so two of each bumper, two steering columns, two hoods, two grilles, you get the idea. The car has been sandblasted and primed, and is in really good solid condition! Looks like some floorboards may have been welded in, but all of the body, doors, fenders, trunk lid and hood seem to be in very nice condition. I started taking photos of the parts as we loaded them in to my van, but soon realized that there were just to many, so I will add a few, but the owner says that everything should be there other than the glass. The chrome parts all seem to be in pretty good condition. The engine is a 322 and it is actually from the 4 door, as is the automatic transmission, both of which were in very good operating condition. The rear axle on the two door was bad, so that has been changed out also. The biggest challenge with this car is transporting all of the parts. Like I said, my one ton extended van is full of parts...Please let me know if you have any questions!Randy (801) 295-3121On Aug-20-16 at 07:34:10 PDT, seller added the following information:
I have had a couple of people ask me about the parts. If you have a car already, and you just want a nice solid shell to rebuild one with, you are welcome to pick and choose the parts that you want. You are not required to take all of the parts if you purchase the car. I can take care of them after the car is sold. I just don't want to sell any of the parts until the car is taken care of. Then I will list individual parts.
