Buick LeSabre 1960 Description
Great car for cruise nights and summer evening drives. The body . floor pans. and trunk all appear to be rust free. The top was cut off in the 80's then the car was repainted and seats redone in white originally purposed for parades. Though there is no top on the car I thought well even if you have a nice 2dr 55 chevy you don't cruise on rainy nights either . A canvas tonneau cover has been made for the hull of the car it has some wear but could easily be duplicated. The tires don't have 20 miles on them and are new from pep boys . the hubcaps are aftermarket too but I have 3 of the 4 originals. The car drives really well and runs better the more it is driven. (its still on its 15 year old gas. )The main thing the car needs is a turn signal switch and a few headlights. The nailhead is smooth and the car starts great for old gas. It has all the original buick finned aluminum drums too. The car drives really straight and doesn't pull or pull when brakes are applied. I got this car in March but I have other projects so I can't keep this one. Look for more pictures to come. NO reserve
